This returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
If you receive goods that are the wrong size, the wrong item, faulty or that have been damaged in transit, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in unused, unwashed condition with all the original labels intact. Please follow the return instructions below:-
- Contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number, what it is you wish to return, the reason and if you require an exchange or a refund.
- We will then issue you with a returns reference by email.
- Please secure the goods in suitable packaging (re-use the original packaging if possible) and be sure to include the returns reference and all original documentation.
- Take your parcel to a post office and obtain proof of postage which we recommend you keep until you have received your refund or replacement.
Once we have received your parcel, we will process your refund or despatch a replacement item within 5 working days. We will confirm this by email. The payment service we use stipulates that refunds may take between 5 and 10 days to appear on the customer’s card statement.
Payment of Returns Postage
Returns postage will be refunded at the least experience option in the case of faulty or damaged goods or where we have mistakenly despatched the wrong item to you. Replacements will be despatched free of any further charge. For all other types of returns, you will need to cover the cost of postage.
